From the moment you walk in to after the treatment you are made to feel very welcome. The warm greeting of the receptionist to the friendly approach of the dentist and assistant made me feel at ease and reassured that I was in very safe hands and that my wellbeing and care was of the utmost importance to them. I can't praise the team enough. I work for a Land Rover retailer and we have a saying, Above and beyond when it comes to customer care, and Outstanding as a benchmark for our customers feedback. You get a tick in both of these boxes for me.

Thank you so much

Was called ahead of my appointment to advise the dentist had an emergency and there would be a wait (was offered a later time appointment but couldn't make) got to my appointment 10 minutes after the time due to this and waited less than 5 minutes before going in. The dentist talked me through the process, I was having a filling to repair a chip on my front tooth. I advised I was a little nervous but the dentist (and nurse) put me at ease, talking me through everything they were doing and it was over in 10 minutes. Thank you so much.

Root canal

The receptionist was very caring as I was quite breathless. She checked that I was ok before my treatment and I appreciate this. I personally thanked Mr Zaro and his dental nurse assistant who regularly checked that I was ok. The care and compassion shown deserves to be commended.
