Very satisfied and pleased with the way my competent Dentist and his Assistant dealt with my teething problems.
There's always a very welcoming atmosphere at the busy Genesis South Normanton Dental Practice. The Receptionist took my temperature and ensured social distancing was maintained and evidenced right from the entry door to the way out.
Though my appointment was postponed, I would have wished to have been seen by another qualified Dentist as arranged since all my details and xrays taken were already on file. This meant I had to endure the pain and infection for a further few weeks before being seen and dealt with. If this happened to me then it could also happen to someone else in pain. It's always better when pain is taken away rather than endured and for that I am somewhat concerned and not too happy.
