Dentist and hygienist absolutely perfect, professional in every way would rate 5 stars but reception staff let you down, abrupt and sadly not polite at all, would benefit from some customer care training as they are first point of contact. If I hadn’t already got confidence in the dental care I receive from both the dentist and hygienist the reception staff would put me off wanting to be a patient with you.

Dental appointment
Visited 17th May for first checkup since last one prior to lockdown. Usually have a lovely lady, who is on maternity leave at present, the guy I saw I certainly wasn’t impressed with. No people skills!! Told him I had some sensitivity, totally ignored that, took some X-rays, said I was cleaning them well and that was the end of my appointment.
The booking in was very well organised with friendly professional staff.
