Prompt and effective treatment

Following a second visit after the practice turned me away from the first appointment because I didn’t have my wallet but could have paid by bank transfer I found the visit to be a good experience possibly due to the dentist I had who I would wish to see again. I told him my current problems and he quickly checked me over and organised for and implemented prompt and effective treatment. I thought the work was done in a reasonable short period so no jaw ache, etc was experienced and I would consider this to be one of my best dental experiences in my life to date.

Dental appointment

Excellent dentist and very pleasant dentist assistant. Filling was done fairly quick. However not very good experience with one of the receptionist. Even though there was nothing written on the front door in terms one person in reception as there were three chair laid out. She made me wait outside for no reason and very abrupt.

Thank you for taking time to offer feedback on our practice. At present, due to the current pandemic, we are only able to have 4 people in the waiting area at one time, in order to maintain social distancing. Normally you would be informed of this when you ring to make an appointment. However, we have now installed a notice stating this, so that we can continue to keep people safe.

I felt very safe

All staff at the practice were friendly and professional. In these uncertain times any medical appointments can seem more worrying than usual. However I felt very safe and relaxed during my appointment. Thank you.

Wisdom tooth removed

To say the dentist is not one of my favourite places to visit, l have to acknowledge the kindness shown to me. It was a bit of an ordeal having a wisdom tooth removed and l'd like to thank the dentist for his patience and to say a big thank you.
