I would recommend him to any nervous patient

I was put at ease by the young man I saw. He gave me lots of information and different options and then talked me the through the procedure. He was also very gentle. I would recommend him to any nervous patient.

Quite often patients will come to reception and ask how much they owe, or how much they have paid to date.
If they pose such a question, then we are obliged to tell them.
If the patient expresses a need to speak in confidence, then there is a notice asking them to request this
