Love the practice
Love the practice, always helpful and lovely staff and very gentle with my teeth. I never like going to the dentist but I feel so comfortable with the Genesis South Normanton.

The dentist that treated me (Suhael) did a great job of fixing my broken tooth. He and the nurse were friendly and efficient, exactly what you need whenyour nerves are shot!
Great reception staff also.

Compassionate and understanding
Carmen was aware of my anxiety when visiting and both her and her assistant were amazing, talking to me throughout the procedure, really calming my nerves. I don't feel silly when I come here, they really are very compassionate and understanding.

Emergency appointment
I rang up on Monday, got a broken tooth, I was not able to get an appointment that day, the receptionist so very helpful said she would put me on the cancellation list, within minutes I had a phone call saying I had an appointment the next day, very happy.

Calm and unrushed explanation of the situation with my teeth and how to resolve it, nice to be treated like a human being as apposed to cattle. Charged fairly and appropriate for the treatment received unlike other dental practices. Thank you.

Highly recommended
Being a nervous dental patient it was nice to be put at ease by both the dentist and the dental nurse, they went out of there way to keep me relaxed and calm and explain what they where doing at each point so there was no big shocks or surprises ...... Highly recommended.
