Brilliant
On arrival all reception staff were polite and welcoming, the dentist and dental nurse were in my opinion brilliant, as a nervous patient they put me at ease and constantly checked to make sure I was ok. Can't praise them enough, the only downside was the wait. I know there is very little you can do about that as it is a busy practice and always has been

My experience
Reason I gave the above experience as neither good nor poor, instead of the usual very good, is because I received prompt treatment to fix a crown that had come out, but it wasn’t until I went to pay that it became obvious I had lost a second crown. No follow up appointment was made to rectify this situation so I am left with an open wound until my next scheduled appointment in March 26
