Best practice I've ever been to

The staff are very friendly and supportive. I have never been a fan of dentists but I have to say it's been the best practice I've ever been to.
I want to say a big thank you to the hygienist and his assistant I was super impressed.
I could be a fan of the dentist now and maintain my regular checkups.

On checking your records, it appears that on one occasion you had to wait 3 weeks for an NHS appointment, and on another occasion we gave you an emergency appointment on the day of ringing.
