Genesis South Normanton Dental Practice
Overall the Genesis dental practice has been good over the years that I've been going. Its always been friendly and reasonably accurate with appointment times. My only concern is the amount of different dentists I've seen over the years. Once you loose a dentist the patient has to rebuild their trust in anew dentist which puts me off going as frequently.

Thank you for your feedback on our practice. On looking at your records, it appears that you have seen the same dentist for the last 3 years, apart from one visit with another, whilst your dentist was on maternity leave, and your last visit.
Whilst we do make a concerted effort to enable patients to see a regular dentist, this is not always possible when they are not available.

Reception staff are always friendly and efficient, rarely have to wait past my appointment time to be seen. Carmen is my dentist and she is also very friendly.

Best Dental Practice I have ever had the pleasure of visiting
This is the best Dental Practice I have ever had the pleasure of visiting; I like some people don't like going to visit the Dentist however, as soon as you walk through the door the atmosphere is calm and relaxing; the 'Reception' staff who meet and greet you are lovely, friendly and very approachable and they immediately put you at ease.
My Dentist (Sham) who I have been seeing for some time now is absolutely exceptional beyond a doubt, I have never had a Dentist like him, he is absolutely lovely and very approachable, Sham listens to you, he immediately puts you at ease, talks to you as though you're the most important person there, and explains absolutely everything so you have a clear understanding of the best treatment plan for you and the best way forward to having and keeping healthy teeth and gums. I would recommend this Dental Practice 1,000%, when I now visit my Dentist I only ever have a brilliant experience and I no longer suffer with or have any anxiety issues at all. Thank you.
