A chipped front tooth when on holiday is no fun for anyone! I made a phone call to Genesis while I was away. Within a minute the pleasant receptionist had arranged an emergency appointment for the day on my return from holiday.
Everything went well. The dentist did a great good job, and I left with a wonderful smile.

Went for my check up on with Maria, she always has a smile on her face and always friendly and chatty, makes me feel comfortable. Receptionist staff polite and friendly. Very happy with Genesis.

Dental appointment
Appointments usually start late but staff are great. Appointments very rapid - 6 minutes for a check up start to finish, but still only 6 months between appointments. £45 a year for 12 minutes of 'checking' seems expensive but understand fees set externally.
