All the staff are lovely
I enjoy going to the dentist. Elisa my Dentist is lovely, she does a thorough examination and is pleased with my teeth. She is friendly and helpful. Actually all the staff are lovely.

Dental appointment
I have no complaints about the treatment I received what I'm not happy with is the wait I was called a few days before my visit asking if I could move my appointment from 8:15 to 9:00 I told them that I couldn't as I had to go to work I arrived at 8:05 but was not seen until 9:00 without any explanation

I must apologise profusely for your lengthy wait. We asked you to come later, as a call was scheduled to Dr Fernandez, which she had to take. Due to a hold up in traffic on her way to work that morning, this made her appointments run late and she then had to take the scheduled call.
Unfortunately her nurse thought that reception had informed you and visa versa.
Please accept my sincere apologies for this sequence of events.

So thoughtful to my nerves
Ladies on the desk were lovely and chatty, made me feel at ease. Dentist nurse was also friendly and warm. The dentist was so thoughtful to my nerves and also gave me good tips on oral cleanliness.
