The procedure was calm and painless
Great dentist, seen two staff and had some fillings done. I hadn't had any work done for 16 years so I was quite nervous, the dentist was very patient and the procedure was calm and painless.

Dental appointment
Overall experience is great, however I suffer with a chronic condition which at times affects my my mobility and at times have to rearrange appointments, which the receptionist can be quite abrupt about. Please a little more empathy and understanding, so people dont have to go into detail.

Thank you for taking time to offer feedback on our practice. Whilst we are empathic about your health issues, we do unfortunately have a policy to abide by, which stipulates 2 failures or short notice cancellations may result in being removed from our register.
Due to your health condition, we have been flexible with the policy, however you have cancelled/short notice cancelled on 9 occasions, which has resulted in the loss of 5 hours of NHS surgery time.
I am sorry that you feel that we have not been more understanding, but I feel as a practice that we have been supportive to your health condition by being flexible on our policy.

Always considerate and supportive
