I have always been very happy with my treatment at Genesis South Normanton. All staff I have encountered have been very pleasant and professional. I would recommend the fab Hygienist Anna Fear. Very efficient and put me at ease. Great service from all.

Fantastic dentist

Recommend this practice highly
Each time I have visited the practice, I have been met with friendly staff in reception and the dentist has gone out of their way to ensure I am comfortable during treatments. The follow ups are also very reassuring. As a nervous patient, I can recommend this practice highly.

Recent dental appointment
Arrived on time for my appointment however had to wait 20mins extra to see the dentist. Appointment only lasted 5min (entering the room, sitting on chair, check up, getting out chair, signing 2 forms, leaving room) then a £22.70 charge.

Thank you for taking time to offer feedback on our practice. I can see from looking at the appointment diary that we had had an emergency patient in that afternoon, which unfortunately took longer than anticipated, which resulted in the dentist running behind schedule. As much as we try to keep to appointment times, occasionally things can arise which will make them run late. I can only apologise that you were not informed of the delay and hope you will accept my apology.
With regards to the cost of the checkup, this is set by the NHS and not by the practice.
If you would like to discuss this matter further, then please do not hesitate to contact the practice manager.
