Pleasant staff, didn't have to wait long at all for a free treatment. Would recommend them to anybody else wanting a NHS dentist. Charlotte was very friendly and professional.

Always greeted with a smile
The staff on reception are always pleasant and helpful. I am always greeted with a smile by the clinical staff. But what really makes my experience exceptional is Jonathan. He is always interested in me as a person and he listens to my trials I try without judgement.

Friendly, helpful and informative
The receptionists are so friendly, helpful and informative. Carmen, my dentist, has a calming, friendly, reassuring manner. I'm also pleased that they now have a disabled parking bay which makes it easier for my 93 year old mum whom I always take to the dentist.

Recent dental appointment
Always been happy the dentist is excellent, the reception staff Leon it down. Wasn't even asked my name and was told I had a previous bill to pay plus £38 for my visit. When I questioned this again I was told the same, I informed her my bill was paid last year and my bill was £22 today. I got a sorry but massive error perhaps she needed to ask my name before informing me of a large bill, this could of been someone elderly who would of paid it. Not a happy customer.

The receptionist was very friendly, helpful and aware of the importance of urgent appointment.
The dental nurse was pleasant and reassuring and the dentist was very good with her consultation. Very gentle and reassuring.

Will always go the extra mile
As always, I cannot praise the Genesis team highly enough. The reception team are not only very professional and friendly but will always go the extra mile to be of assistance and being a retired NHS receptionist I know how difficult that can be! The same goes for all the clinicians I see who not only do an outstanding job as far as looking after your teeth is concerned but take time to put you at ease. I would, and do, recommend the practice to anyone -the NHS at it's very best, thank you.

The dentist saw me straight away
I had a problem with my teeth and the dentist saw me straight away, glad to say much better now.
I know if this flares up again I can get treatment quickly.
Staff are very friendly and always put me at ease as I am a very nervous patient.
