A pleasant experience
The staff at Genesis are excellent, starting with the receptionists who are so helpful. My dentist, Suhael is very professional, it would be hard to replace him.
Jonathan, my hygienist, is amazing at helping me with my gum problem.
Visiting this practice is a pleasant experience.

Recent dental appointment
Everyone from reception staff through to the dental surgeon was very friendly and helpful. Any treatment was explained and agreed before anything was done. Thank you all very much, it was a mouth opening experience.

Dental appointment
Through no fault of my own, I did everything the dentist wanted me to do, but she some how though I had not followed her instructions to the letter and I was made to feel very ill at ease with her. Please remember I'm the client, you make money from me, it's not the other way round.

Thank you for taking time to offer feedback on our practice. On checking your records, I can see that you were referred to an alternate provider for your treatment, but you made an appointment to have this completed with said provider, which changed the referral instructions for your treatment.
Fortunately treatment was provided for you from said provider, but if you felt "Ill at ease", then I am more than happy to transfer you to another dentist to take on your future dental care.
