Absolutely fantastic

Since using Genesis SN Dental practice. the staff have always been very professional and my Dentist has been absolutely fantastic. she makes me feel at ease. I must say that in all the years previous i hated going to the Dentist but I actually enjoy going to this one. I recommend it 100 per cent.

Appeared to be a very busy day with staff sickness. Staff seemed to be pulling together to get patients seen asap and still with a smile on their face. Always professional. Great, honest service.

Great service from both Reception and Dentist. Went in to make an appointment and within an hour a cancellation appointment had come in so sorted same day. Perfect. Thank you.

New Bridge and crown - The work was phenomenal

I was the most frightened patient on the planet till I went to Genesis. The work was phenomenal. The surgery completely put you at your ease from the receptionist to the dentist. Discussed with dentist my plan of action the price was not over the top and my confidence had soared, thank you.

Dental appointment

The girl at the counter was too busy talking to take payment, and did not realise that my card was declined. She phoned me while I was at home and was put out that I wasn't with my purse.
Was promised that the dentist would be able to carry out treatment over the phone for a broken tooth. Turned out that it was only an emergency appointment and the dentist would not be able to carry out treatment. Could not fit me in until the end of July/August. Completely disappointed that I was lied to on the phone.
Time to look for a new practice
