Same day emergency appointment
Genesis dealt with my call regarding my tooth pain. Arranged an appointment within an hour and removed a wisdom tooth taking less than 10 minutes. The dentist was very professional and I suffered no pain at all during or within the first 24 hours.

Dental appointment
I gave my rating on my last dental plan I wasn't happy as the dentist that did my routine check up wasn't available for the treatment we agreed and the replacement dentist messed it up that much she had to take out a tooth that had never gave me any trouble and told me that it was going to cost me more money to see the hygienist witch is normally covered under my regular treatment plan. So no I was not happy with the service
