Hands down the best
Genesis dental practice is hands down the best practice have had any dental work carried out. Even if the South Normanton practice were 50 miles away I would drive there. Thank you to all staff.

Amazing
Beatrice is amazing, l adore the lady. I'm not good at coming to dentist, but Beatrice always puts my mind at ease, talks me through everything, and calms me. Beatrice is top dollar at her job, please never let her leave!!! The reception staff, the dentist assistants are all lovely too.

Very smooth service
Very smooth service. Welcomed at the reception desk, waiting area is well stocked with items to pass time. Dentist was very friendly as was her assistant. Every point of procedure explained.

Welcoming, happy, polite staff
I needed an urgent appointment for a broken tooth. Couldnt see my usual dentist, but taken excellent care of by Anna. Tooth repaired and, as I was due a check up full service given!

Always find the receptionists friendly, usually running to time and dentist Suhael Zaro is excellent, he explains what my options for treatment are, explains what he is doing and I never feel a thing.
