Good dentist, helpful reception

I visited to have a re-repair of a tooth and found the dentist a locum was very good. Reception staff were very helpful about changing the repeat appointment I have in 6 months to another dentist.

Friendly greeting

On my arrival, I was greeted by friendly female staff at reception and I noticed the dental practice was clean and tidy. Friendly female dentist and hygienist, dental assistant.

Dental appointment

Dentist not explaining the procedure properly. Leaving half of my wisdom tooth in which I will more than likely need to go back in to have removed in the future awful experience of having my first tooth removed would not recommend Genesis to anyone.

Recent dental appointment

I paid £59.10 for a filling what was supposed to be guaranteed for 1 year ... Came out next day and can't replace it for nearly 3 weeks (not happy ).

Thank you for your feedback on our practice. All fillings are guaranteed for a year, so there would be no charge if you fell into this time period.
