Definitely recommend the practice

I am a nervous person when it comes to dentists. I have never stopped at one as a consistent patient. I have found all the staff very friendly and the team put me at ease. I would definitely recommend the practice. Thank you.

I cannot praise them enough

Customer service was good, I've always been happy which ever dentist I have seen ..always kind and explain everything, as I am a very nervous patient and had bad experiences in other practices but I cannot praise them enough, the reception staff are always helpful with appointments.

Receptionists very friendly. Dentist I saw yesterday was excellent and got me sorted, friendly and very professional.felt at ease as soon as I walked in with dentist and assistant.

Thorough and very kind

The receptionists were very polite, seating area is welcoming and without one of those T.V's in your face!
I saw a different dentist as mine is on maternity leave, however, she was thorough and very kind and informative about options with a specific tooth.

Recent dental appointment

Lots of mistakes taking months to complete the job. Mainly the labs fault but also appointments always running late and some that should have been cancelled but never informed resulting in more time off work and wasted journeys.

As you state, we have had a lot of issues with the dental lab, and as a result we are no longer working with this particular laboratory.
Due to the waiting time of the next available appointment, we have had to squeeze you in which has sometimes resulted in your wait, or which we had informed you.
