Quite relaxing
As pleasant as any visit to a dentist can be. Staff all friendly and cheerful. Dentist herself takes time to fully explain any procedure or examination result. Whole experience quite relaxing.

Dental appointment
Filling chipped off as soon as I'd left the building, had to come back again next day (taking more time off from work ) & for £59 I think dentist should have spend more time doing it right in the first place. I was only in for about 15 mins.

When a filling is small, sometimes retention can be a little more difficult, but we try this option rather than damage any more tooth material.
The 15 minutes that was allocated was plenty of time for your procedure and this has no bearing on it falling out.

Dental appointment
I felt heard and the most important thing for me in a dentist is to feel heard and to be taken seriously in your concerns. I am always made to feel at ease and as someone who struggles massively with mental health that is really important to me. I don't ever feel judged or looked down upon, I feel like an equal and the staff are always so respectful and polite.

I would highly recommend
I am very anxious when visiting the dentist, from walking in and booking in with the receptionist to having my treatment I was made to feel at ease and really well looked after. I would highly recommend South Normanton dental practice.

Generally the service is good. Friendly reception staff and my dentist and hygienist are lovely.

I dont like dentist but I had to go for a filling and the dentist I saw was really nice and he didnt make me feel nervous or worried.
