Dental appointment

I found the dentist and assistant lovely, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I am a little disappointed by the lack of consistency, my partner also uses the same practice but had a totally different experience in the way that he was checked over and had a scale and polish within his treatment, I have had to book privately which I'm not overly impressed about.

When a person is referred to the hygienist, they usually have pocket scoring of 2 or above. Anything lower than this does not require treatment from the hygienist on the NHS.
If you are wishing to have a general polish with the hygienist, then this becomes a private referral and not NHS.
All patients are offered treatment that they require for their oral health, if necessary

Receptionists are very friendly. Maria and her assistant were very kind and patient with me as I was very nervous about having a tooth extracted

Treated extremely well

Always an enjoyable experience - Maria puts you at ease straight away. The receptionists are always very helpful and understanding. I've always had good service and been treated extremely well by all the Genesis staff.
