I was really nervous about having my tooth out and Shayamm was fantastic, put me at ease, kept reassuring me and the dental assistant was fantastic as well, made sure I was ok before I left and rang me a couple of days later just to check up on me.

Following being told I have gum disease, I then lost a bottom front tooth which was to me devastating, I then was given really only one option, as I could afford no other, I imagine, that was to have a denture made, that was fairly ill fitting but was just told that's what it's like when have a denture. Shortly after that I had to have another tooth removed which in part at least held the denture in place, I asked if that would then reduce the denture useless, and was told probably. I have several other loose teeth and I'm terrified of the prospect of loosing those at some point and my only option is to continuously have dentures remade each time, at a huge cost or face the way it will leave me looking. I'm just left feeling a bit like I've had no advice for the future, at the very least how attempt to prevent this, and get the impression of well its your own fault. I feel very low about it all. While I can't say I have felt any pain while undergoing having the teeth removed, it was all quite professional, I couldn't in good conscience recommend to others that I had every confidence in the fact that this practice would care for the future of their oral health when I don't feel that way myself.
