I was messed about waiting for a night shield to be made by your lab, I came whilst on holiday so that it wouldn't interfere with work, after several attempts and 3 impressions later and taking time out of work you finally got my night guard, not all of it was down to the practice, but one appointment I turned up to collect my night guard, and it hasn't come back from the lab, someone should have checked the day before that it was there so I wasn't wasting my time

Very good this time. Your big problem is keeping to appointment times. I was seen early on this occasion but I usually have to wait anything up to half an hour after my appointment time. Once in the practitioners are very good.
