I used to recommend this practice but since I had Magdala as my dentist I can not recommend as she is rude and only spends seconds on my teeth before referring to hygienist who is brilliant but in next band of charges and I think the dentist should be giving scale and polish as part of payment.

On checking your dental records, the treatment that you require is not as simple as a scale and polish. At an examination, any pocket charts over 2 indicate a patient may need specialist treatment with our hygienist, and the NHS depict that this treatment comes under the Band 2 charge.
The simple scale and polish that is included in Band 1 would not be nearly sufficient for anyone with these scores.
You are more than welcome to change your dentist and see another of our GDPs. If you ask reception, then they can book you in with the dentist of your choice.
If you wish to discuss your treatment further, then please contact the Practice Manager.

On checking your dental records, I can see that your appointment was booked for 11.00am and that we did not take you into surgery until 11.29 am.
Unfortunately that morning, we had had a treatment that took slightly longer than originally anticipated, which can happen from time to time.

I am 8 months pregnant and was sat waiting for half an hour with my 2 year old as the dentist was running late. This was not ideal, both me and my son was hot and flustered by the time we saw the dentist. Organisation and time keeping of the appointments may need looking into.

Polite receptionists always acknowledges you on arrival even if they are talking amongst themselves or attending to others. The dentist herself has been quite professional and friendly explaining the procedures before hand and making sure you ok at the end.

My treatment went very well
My experience yesterday was the best, also the lady who my son saw was so good with him, really put him at rest and he's only 5 year old, the dentist I saw was also very friendly and was very good and my treatment went very well.
