My appointment is always on time

My appointment is always on time. I was put at ease through out my treatment. Which wasn't painful at all. Reception staff all friendly too.

A massive thank you and well done

This dental practice is the best I've ever been to by far. It's easy to get to, the reception staff are friendly and helpful and the dental nurse who I usually see is fantastic!!! I hate visiting the dentist but she always makes me feel relaxed and she explains everything if I ask questions, she's great. I visited on Friday and she was professional and reassuring, as always. I now bring my son to this practice and he wouldn't go anywhere else now either. A massive thank you and well done to all the Genesis Dental Practice staff.
