Everyone was friendly from the minute I walked in to the minute I left. I didn't have to sit waiting past my appointment time and everything was explained to me whilst I was with the dentist.

Very kind and caring
After spending years being completely terrified of the dentist and needing work done I made an appointment and had my first check up with Alyssa. She put me at ease straightaway, she was very kind and caring and explained the procedures I would need in great detail. When receiving treatment she was exactly the same, I have never left the dentist with a smile on my face before. I can't thank Alyssa enough for making the whole experience an extremely positive one and it's amazing to have the confidence to smile properly again after all her hard work. Thank you.

Very polite and informative
In the reception a queue formed, but extra staff quickly came to assist. Was seen by the dentist only a few minutes late, and both the dentist and nurse were very polite and informative.

Exceptional in their work
Always had a fantastic service. We've used Beatrix Sanchez for years, as my son is Autistic, she's been amazing and managed to relax him enough to continue his visits. Several others at different practices have failed prior to her. Maria has also been excellent both times in Beatrix absence. They are both completely exceptional in their work and interpersonal skills and make a difference in our lives, others could learn a lot from them. Thank you, they are to be commended.

South Normanton Dental Practice
I had a text reminder that our appointments (I had mine and my two children) were at 11:05am. We didn't get seen until 11:45am by which point my son (23months) had fallen asleep in my arms and no one had actually asked whether I'd been seen/were ok until after 25 minutes I went to the reception desk and mentioned. The dentist was apologetic and very VERY informative and helpful however due to that and the fact that now the car park is staff only it wasn't the best experience and this was after my last appointments for us all getting cancelled two weeks before it was due - I had booked it 6 months ago.

Thank you for your feedback. On checking your records, it appears that you had a SMS text reminder for your family appointments, which stated the start of the family appointment was 11.15am. Unfortunately the dentist was running behind by 30 minutes, and we did not take you in until 11.44am, of which I can only apologise.
The car park has always been a staff only car park, of which it states on our NHS choices web site, however we have allowed patients to park in there if there are spaces after all the staff have arrived.

Great service, dentist was very good
Great service, dentist was very good. Gave me numbing gel before injections which no other dentist I've been to has done. Injection is the worst part for me so Carmen made me straight at ease. Process was quick and tooth came out in one piece and very swiftly. Very good service!
