Friendly Staff
Was welcomed by friendly staff on reception and felt at ease with all my treatments and talked through all procedures before they happened. I was very apprehensive about having a wisdom tooth extracted but was very reassured and all went well.

Friendly staff only one negative comment would be that in all the time of going to this dentist I have never been seen on time which is very frustrating when you take time out of work to come

I recently changed to Genesis dental practice, as a dentist I went to previously, moved there. Carmen is the only dentist that I am at ease with. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very Helpful
Good experience, as usual, at check-up with the dentist. He is always informative, has a pleasant manner and carries out the work efficiently, and gives clear advice on dental care. The reception staff are also always pleasant and efficient with booking appointments, and the e-mail reminders a few days before each appointment are very helpful. My wife and I are very happy with the care and service that we receive at the South Normanton practice of Genesis.

I am sorry that you had to wait. On checking the audit trail, I can see that you arrived 10 minutes early for your appointment, and unfortunately we ran behind by 10 minutes also.
We try to stay on time as much as possible, but can never anticipate any potential hold ups.

Rang for an emergency appointment via tooth ache. I got in same day to see my regular dentist so I didn't have to explain all my previous work and on going work being done on my teeth. He cracked on with the job without rushing me or anything.
