I had made an appointment which a receptionist cancelled saying my regular dentist was on annual leave. I asked if I could be seen by another dentist. An appointment was made to an emergency dentist who couldn't do anything because she hadn't time. I made another appointment with another dentist to be told she hadn't time to do anything because I had only 7 mins left. I was on time. She said I already had an appointment in June. This had been cancelled by a receptionist but somehow was restored. I have to say my regular dentist was exceptionally thorough and did a great job.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to offer my apologies on messing you about with your appointments. On the first occasion, we only book 15 minutes for an emergency, as this is the average time, but unfortunately the treatment you required needed much longer, which is why we had to rebook. On the second visit, you were not in our appointment book but had received a reminder, (which i can only put down to technical error )therefore we asked one of our clinicians to see you, but she was due to leave the practice and felt that the work you needed doing should be done by an alternate clinician who could finish your treatment.
