Was very busy when I arrived and I went into my appointment a few minutes late but the receptionists were friendly and my dentist listens to any problems and then informs me of my choices regarding treatment. He explains what he is doing and although running a little late I didn't feel that he was rushing to make up time.

Lots of good advice

Felt really at ease when was in the chair, very anxious about going to the dentist but was made to feel at ease. Wouldn't say it was a pleasant experience but needed to be done and lots of good advice given on oral health e.g what toothpaste to use the importance of using a electric toothbrush and the cleaning of teeth etc.

Very nice and patient

My dentist has been very nice and patient with me as I stress in the appointments. If anything it's difficult to book an appointment that isn't an emergency appointment as the practice is booked very quick.

Had a great experience with Kate Richmond, was made to feel comfortable and reassured. The waiting area is nice and relaxing Also all members of staff were friendly.
