Seen quickly

Phoned practice because a filling had fallen out and I am going on holiday, so receptionist gave me the nearest appointment. She said if a cancellation comes in she would ring me. I got a call 1 hr after ringing and got in that quickly.

Dentist explained everything to me

My appointment was on time, so wasn’t waiting at all. Dentist explained everything to me and before doing anything ie X-ray requested my permission to do so. I have gum disease and she explained that not all gum disease is bad hygiene it could also be genetics. This put me at ease.

Considerate staff.

Good experience with professional and considerate staff. They were gentle for my 1-year-old's first check up and didn’t mind the drama and difficulty posed by a child having a new, challenging experience.
