Helpful, professional

Reception staff helpful. Carmen was professional and made me aware of treatment that needed to be done. Treatment room and waiting area clean and bright and welcoming. No pressure on me to make a decision straight away about treatment, advised to take a while to think about it which I appreciated. Have since made appointment.

The gentlemen was lovely, very explanatory on what was going to take place and what he was doing although the process. He was very patient with me and gave reassurance. He was brilliant.
