My experience

Appointment was hard to get and then very rushed considering I had an infection. Follow on appointment was delayed due to dentist annual leave and now left with a raised filling which prevents chewing and now have to wait 4 months to complete treatment.

Excellent care

Excellent care, my tooth was very difficult to extract but the dentist and nurse were very friendly, caring, explained everything well and made sure I was ok and also clearly explained how to look after the tooth socket afterwards.

Everyone is lovely

I hate going to the dentist, but everyone is lovely and puts you at ease and it may sound silly but when you are in the waiting room you cant hear any noises, the sound of a drill when you are terrified makes it 100 times worse!!

I was well looked after

I was well looked after by MS and the dental nurse. I was struggling with a pulled muscle in my shoulder and MS made me more comfortable even though this made her job much more difficult. This was much appreciated.
