I really do not like people looking inside my mouth at all! After not being to the dentist in many years because of the fear of people looking in my mouth I’m so happy to say I feel at ease with the Ystard branch. Every time I go there the girls are lovely. All the staff are good as gold! Really happy with their service!

I snapped my tooth in half and was phoning around to no avail..then contacted Smart Smiles who fitted me in immediatly. The service was fantastic. DR Bassett was extremely proffesional and friendly and talked to me through the whole process of what she was doing next. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming and nothing was an issue. The place was spotlessley clean. I NEVER leave a review on anything but I was so impressed I just had to. Thanks Smart Smiles

Amazing service. Very friendly staff and very welcoming. I hate going to the dentist and I was dreading it but the dentist made me feel very relaxed. I had to go private as I needed an appointment as soon as possible. I rang them in the morning and was booked in for an appointment in the afternoon. I can't thank the private dentist enough. She talked me through what she was going to do step by step. I would 100% recommend Smart Smiles. Thank you again!

I had my appointment with smart smiles yesterday and as I hate the dentist I was anxious all week, when I got to the practice I was pleasantly surprised, it looked professional and welcoming. The receptionist was so friendly she immediately put you at ease, then I got called in and my anxiety spiralled.... but I have got to say Dr Bassett was excellent! She immediately noticed I was nervous and talked me through what she was doing and didn’t make me feel like a pain for being nervous, she was professional and knowledgable but also very friendly. Both the reception and the dentists room were spotlessly clean. Thank you Dr Bassett for restoring my faith in dentists, I will definitely be back for my check up with no anxiety and will be booking my son in for his check up and I know with you as a dentist he will never be afraid of the dentist, thank you again.

Smart Smiles is such a professional set up and what tops it off is the very friendly and approachable staff from the receptionist to the Dentist. The surgery is very modern with the most up to date equipment. I visited this surgery before it’s refurbished by the current owners and the difference is exceptional.

For years I have had an issue with my front tooth, and within one treatment Dr Bassett fixed it, just in time for my wedding! She made me feel completely at ease and even numbed me before I even had the injection so I didn't feel anything. Her follow up treatments have been amazing and now I can't recommend her enough.
Very professional and the practice is very well designed.

Was really impressed with the dentist and all of the nursing and reception staff at smart smiles dental. I got an appointment the same week and the experience was such a pleasant one. After examination, the dentist took time to show me areas of plaque build up and explained the various options for treatments. She couldn't have been more helpful and am really happy with the work done. 10/10

I have been coming to the surgery for a few years and wouldn’t go anywhere else as the treatment and care I have received is outstanding. I am nervous of the visiting the dentist and have had to have a fair amount of work done including root canal treatment, however Dr Smart makes me feel relaxed and calm every time without fail. The hygienist is very gentle and is also very reassuring and calming. The quality of work provided at this surgery is exceptional.
Highly recommend this dental surgery.
