An overall good experience
A lovely spotlessly clean clinic. The receptionist were friendly and helpful as well as being efficient and professional.
Dr May put me at ease by explaining exactly what treatment I required and exactly how it would be done. Would recommend this practice.

Absolutely brilliant

I have always found the staff at Smart Smiles very kind, from the girls on reception who always welcome my husband and me with a smile and points us in the right direction with the form filling.
As for the dentist, what can I say? Absolutely brilliant, they are so kind and gentle and patient taking time to explain and very reassuring.

The new dental surgery room and waiting area are absolutely stunning, great design.
Staff are welcoming and professional. Dr May makes you feel confident and comfortable. Hannah is the best hygienist, so gentle and thoughtful.

My experience was great but I was disappointed that I couldn't get my dental plan quote and xray pictures via email, even though I was reassured by dentist that would be the case??? I was told by front desk there was an issue with computer then there is data protection in place so only paper version is available?? Sounds little odd.

My first pleasurable experience at a dentist!

I am 56 years old and petrified of dentists. Have been since a child, but today chose to go to Smart Smiles in Abercynon after glowing praise from my wife and daughter.

I came out with a smile on my face for the first time ever and have happily booked for a hygienist appointment. Normally this is done under duress.

Unfortunately, I probably cannot afford the implants I would like but reassured that I am not in as bad a place as I feared and not pressured into replacement dentures that I do not need.

Impressed and relieved

Very friendly, professional and helpful. Thorough checkup and suggestions for further treatment. I am actually waiting for an NHS place to open in another surgery so I was pleased that there was no pressure from your staff to undergo all the treatment in Smart Smiles (although I have booked in for at least one session next week).
Very impressed and relieved that my teeth bones and gums are in better shape than I thought.

Wonderful service, personal touch

A wonderful service and customer care from end to end of my treatment. There is a real passion for Patient care in the practice. May is a perfectionist who takes pride in the finished product, Both my wife and I work in a service industry and are well impressed in the attention to detail we have been given. So gentle

My opinion of my dentist is, she is so gentle and sweetly spoken, explains what she's going to do and what to do afterwards, no pain whilst having it done and no problem after.
