When questioned on arrival at the surgery the Dentist wrongly identified me as the wrong patient.
Dentist understudy indicated when asked me any problems with my teeth? I replied no, Dentist understudy indicated” I will find one”.
I felt a little uncomfortable to be honest with the whole visit.

My experience
Dentist is quite conversationally aggressive. Obviously a smoker too.
Front of house staff are always respectful and try to do the best for everyone I see there.
Quality dentistry is taking a back burner at the moment here.

The procedure was pain-free
The receptionists were friendly and efficient, the dentist, assistants were all efficient and welcoming, the procedure was pain-free and I was asked regularly if I was feeling pain, the whole experience gave me confidence. I have been a patient for 07 years and I have no intention of changing my dentist, I have also had treatment from the practice's hygienist and again I had a fantastic result and will make another appointment.

I’ve given 5 stars because of the care I was given while there , i was made to feel at ease and looked after as i was not feeling my best at the time ,not rushed at all because she had other patients , my concerns were listened to and explained , I was treated with care and well looked after, receptionist was very nice and helpful too great service .
