My experience
Lovely new dentist. However was not told that the hygiene appointment would be private and being a pensioner cannot afford to pay £83. Will take advice given and hope that works.

I've just returned home after having a tooth extracted here. I've never been here before. Extractions are never pleasant, this one was particularly tricky as it turned out! The young female dentist was absolutely lovely...so gentle and understanding of my anxiety. I barely felt her numbing my mouth. The whole team were lovely and made a very nervous patient at ease and they made a bad situation so much better. Thank you all very much. 😊

My examination was carried out in a professional manner- taking top & bottom impressions for new plates. Pleased to see new dentist at the practice and that my Doctors medication was updated on your records. Thank you for straight forward procedure and I look forward to my next appointment on 3/12/24.

I've only attended the surgery a handful of times but every time it's been pleasant and cheerful, my experience with the surgery is that they have always very professional, both my two major appointments they sorted out my problems within a week, for instance, I was attending a company Christmas dinner and two weeks before it was due my 12 year old bridge fell out, the surgery got it done 2 days before the event,

Very happy with my ongoing treatment at Whitcombe Dental Centre with Dr Fotios Rentoulis. - he is kind, patient and extremely experienced. I am not an easy patient with access issues and anxiety but I feel in safe hands.

My experience
I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, then waited for 35 minutes and in the end asked to reschedule my appointment to another day, I took time off work to attend and would have been charged if I hadn’t attended on time. Not very happy with the service provided.

Excellent experience
My whole experience was excellent. The staff were polite and friendly, that helped me to relax and I felt at ease with everything. I am usually quite nervous attending the dentist but today was really different.
