My experience
Very disappointed I am unable to get an appointment now until December. I have been at the dentist since I was a child and really feel it’s gone downhill. Attended today to see the Hygienist which was not a good experience. The price is absolutely extortionate for half hour and she is quite rude and condescending. What happens to people who can’t pay these prices, their teeth are left to just fall out ? Just awful.

My experience
The last dentist I saw with you, said I needed my crown done because the post had snapped, and I need a couple of fillings so crown and 3/4 filling need new or redoing. I said I cannot afford it at the moment, he said it was wrong that I have looked after my teeth but now I cannot afford the treatment cost, he asked if I could afford the check, I said yes that’s fine and thanked him, he said, get the crown done as soon as you can, don’t want that falling out, 1 of the fillings I need doing is the bottom left that you done for me only lasted like 2 years, I came back and said it was feeling right, but she wouldn’t redo it.
A bit concerned that 2 dentists in the same practice have given me 2 different opinions, I have a filling that I had at 19, the one I had with you lasted no time at all, was a lady but she would listen when I said it’s not feeling right.
Reception staff are lovely, so is the clinician and the make dentist was nice. Just the different opinions on the same set of teeth. Which I would like to keep please.

Whitcombe Dental Surgery
Very nice receptionists and my new dentist was very friendly and offered great advice.
On the downside is the length of time between appointments, but it’s obviously a nationwide problem.

Fantastic service
The staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful. My dentist was friendly and made me feel relaxed. All in all the service I received today was fantastic.

Very friendly staff, was seen on time and received reminders for each appointment. Dr. Fotios Rentolulis was patient and helpful. Would recommend this practice to anyone.
