Emergency appointment within minutes of phoning!
For a grown woman I am absolutely petrified of the dentist, but what a brilliant experience with this dentist. I phoned 111 about tooth pain and was seen in the dentist within half an hour, The dentist was very welcoming, and sorted the problem straight away, plenty of information and reassurance, would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Improving experience
I’d had a rough part on one filling that would catch every bit of food and was difficult to clean. I’d been asking about having this rough filling smoothed for years and this dentist I saw was the first to properly understand me and smooth off the rough edge. Thank you.
The practice is always very busy, with appointments back to back and booking is done months in advance. I hope the dentists have time for a proper break.

Personal care and attention.
I’m always made to feel relaxed and confident! I’m spoken to ‘personally’ and aware that I’m receiving focused care and attention. It is always highly professional and the advice and treatment I’ve received over the last few years has not only improved my dental health but also my general health and mental wellbeing.

The dental practice Whitcomb Surgery was very helpful with booking the emergency appointment. Also the dentist was very helpful with all my options as to what I could have done. Overall I would recommend Whitcomb Dental Surgery.

Emergency
Dentist was brilliant and the receptionists, as I was nervous I was messaging one beforehand, she was lovely! So was the dentist. The dental nurse wasn’t the nicest mind she was rather rude and at one point I went to hold her hand as I got so scared and she was mortified and said what are you doing I don’t do that.

The staff are pleasant and professional. Mr Rentoulis is a great dentist who puts you at ease and explains everything he’s doing. Can’t fault any one of the staff at the Aberdare practice.

As good as a visit to the dentist can be. Overall, very impressed. Fotios was gentle and professional throughout my visit and has a good and polite manner and kept me feeling at ease during my treatment.
