Quality of care, the level of staff to client care and the high level of manners. I came in for an emergency tooth extraction, The whole job was done within 15 minutes, the dentist for today "Paul Lang" was absolutely brilliant. Can't thank him enough for such a high level of service.

The service from Paul today was second to none. He talked me through the procedure, was quick and efficient and no more toothache.

Dentist very patient and explained process, only complaint is the waiting list for appointments.

Reception team are lovely and friendly. The dentist kept me waiting and then blamed the reception staff for not “ticking me in” .
He abruptly asked my name as I was sitting in the waiting room and then moved his head in a way indicating I should follow him into the room which made me feel uncomfortable.
I felt his questioning was very condescending asking me “do I know what plaque is” despite me telling him I work for the nhs myself. He made me hold a mirror as he flossed my front teeth making them bleed. I’d like to point out that he said I had very good dental hygiene so I believe he unnecessarily caused me to bleed from my gum due to the pressure he used. He asked me lots of questions regarding if I had any pain and when I answered no he asked me “so why are you here then” to which I obviously said for my yearly check up.
Not impressed with his attitude and behaviour towards me as a patient. I had a good experience at the practice the first time I went so I was very disappointed with this visit and will make an effort to avoid seeing this dentist in the future.

And the extraction was completely painless, all the staff were very nice.

Once I finally got to my appointment the service was good. Welcoming and friendly staff, clean environment. Just disappointing that after receiving a reminder text to book my check-up the next available appointment was three months away.

Always do a good job.

Having had to wait 3 months for an appointment for a replacement filling, it was disappointing to only receive a temporary filling and be told to make another appointment, the earliest being May. There were also problems with the pre-appointment checklist.

Paul is the best, most professional, most expert and most polite dentist. Excellent in every way. Good luck with everything future.
