Seen the same day
Phoned up in the morning to try and get an appointment thinking it would be weeks away but great service and was seen the same day. Dentist was excellent and explained everything that I could have had done. Now just got to wait for my second appointment.

Emergency appointment for toothache
Although fully booked you managed to fit me in after an appointment became available due to a cancellation and took the trouble to email me as my phone line was down.
I couldn't believe the number of missed appointments during the last week, these could have been used for patients like myself who may have to wait weeks for an appointment.
