Awesome! I hate going to the dentist, but this morning at Smart Smiles was a pleasure. Receptionists are really friendly and helpful. Dentist was very thorough and gave great advice about cleaning and anything I asked about. I was called into the treatment room bang on time as well which never used to happen.

If going to the dentist can be counted as a pleasurable experience, then mine yesterday was certainly that. I was seen promptly, my dentist explained exactly what she was going to be doing, and gave me the opportunity to ask questions.
She then filled a tooth from which I'd lost the original filling, and extracted a troublesome back tooth. Throughout the proceedure, she was gentle, giving me updates on what she was doing, and she carried out the procedure with great efficiency. A really positive experience.
