Very positive experience. Chipped a tooth and rang and received an appointment the next morning. Alison wad a very lovely, friendly dentist who put me at ease straight away. I can highly recommend this dental practice.

I would like to say that my dental experience with Jack at the Abertillery branch has been the best I've ever had, he was friendly, explained everything to me, at every stage of my treatment, really , really pleased with my experience, I can't speak highly enough about him, and his nurse, I think with more dentists like him, that there would be a lot less fear and stress attached to a visit to the dentist, absolutely the best, thank you so much

Excellent service each and every time. Andrew, my dentist, is by far the best dentist I've had, and I can honestly say dentists are the one category of medical professional that genuinely frighten me. The staff here put you at ease (no easy task where I'm concerned), explain the treatment and expertly carry it out, causing you the least amount of pain and discomfort possible.
I cannot fault the treatment or any of the service provided. Only practice I've ever been to, who will fit you in without any issues when you have an emergency. That's due I'm pretty sure to their genuine care for their patients and brilliant reception staff.
Many thanks to you all, keep up the good work and I'll see you in the future.

Andrew is always welcoming and takes extra care and attention to you always , such a lovely down to earth guy, never dread going to the dentist when seeing him, always a pleasure to phone up and make appointments with Caroline , she’s been the best receptionist all these years always happy friendly and helpful, all the other staff have been lovely aswell.
