Staff great. Check up really quick. Sat waiting outside for 20 mins which was far longer than I was in the chair. All good.

I had a very loose tooth extracted and everything was explained first. Procedure was performed gently and skilfully and was over before I realised the tooth had been taken out. Andrew is the best dentist I’ve had and at 74 I’ve had quite a few!

Firstly, I am always welcomed by your long time excellent receptionist Caroline with a good morning, how are you and your family. She is a total professional and has been in her many decades working in this & in the previous practice I have been registered to. Secondly, I was seen today by my preferred & long time seen Dentist the excellent Andrew Bale who also greets me with a good morning, how are you & your family, have you been experiencing any problems with your teeth recently. Then, as usual Andrew carried out his examination of my teeth and I have never experienced any pain from his examinations or from his treatments given to me over the many years attending his practice. Andrew is an extremely & total professional in his field of Dentistry and a credit to his profession. Thirdly, Andrew’s dental nurses are also very welcoming with their good morning greetings to me over the many years visits and they are also extremely professional in their work assisting Andrew. 10 out of 10. Do not change anything in this practice please NHS Wales and The Dental Association !
