Up all night with tooth ache rung 1st thing in morning spoke to polite receptionist explained everything how it works, made app for next but then rung went straight up had proceeded with issue. Very pleasant polite thank you very much

Had to go there as no dentist covering my usual practice . Saw the female hygienist, the dental nurse and dentist Andrew. All very supportive and thorough. Dispelled my neuroticism and nerves within moments. Such lovely professional people . Recommend . I felt the nurse and hygienist were so reassuring and kind . Also shout out to reception for being so accommodating.

I recently visited Mr. Bale’s dental practice for the extraction of my final wisdom tooth left in my mouth, and I can’t praise him and his team enough.
At 49, I was quite apprehensive, given my past experiences—three previous, very painful, wisdom tooth extractions in Baghdad, Iraq, were far from pleasant, requiring a trip to Jordan to a legit dentist to finally get them removed pain-free. Naturally, I was nervous about this procedure.

From the moment I arrived, Mr. Bale and his assistant put me at ease with their professional yet warm and approachable demeanor. Their excellent social skills made the environment feel welcoming and calm. As a rugby fan, I was particularly impressed by the jonah lomu autographed memorabilia in the waiting room—what a gem!

The procedure itself was flawless. Mr. Bale used injections to numb the area, and I genuinely didn’t feel a thing during the extraction, despite it being a deep one with long roots. Honestly, I’ve experienced more discomfort grocery shopping at Asda! The entire process was smooth, efficient, and pain-free, showcasing Mr. Bale’s skill and expertise.

A huge thank you to Mr. Bale and his wonderful team for their outstanding care. I’m truly grateful and a little jealous of that Jonno Lomu autograph! I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking top-notch dental care. Wishing you all continued success in your dental careers!

Xrays and check up

Dentist (Andrew) was very informative and caring towards myself and my daughters. He explained everything to them at their level - very reassuring.
