Welcoming and extremely helpful
Receptionist very welcoming and extremely helpful, as I not very savvy with technology she was extremely helpful. Dentist and assistant extremely polite and made you feel at ease. Overall, it was a good experience

A pleasant experience
Passed through reception quickly without any problems and went to waiting room where I was invited to be seen after several minutes.
Check up went smoothly and I didn't really notice or feel any discomfort when being prodded, etc.
In all a pleasant experience which is something I wouldn't usually say after visiting the dentist.

So reassuring, no pain at all
Went to the hygienist which I fear more than the dentist. There was no need to worry, the young lady was so reassuring, no pain at all. Pleasantly talked to me for several minutes, found her very interesting and pleasant.

First visit with Jack. (Many before with Andrew). Jack was great. Very professional and a lovely manner.
