I love going to Synergy! The staff China and Adela are so welcoming, they are always happy to answer questions I have. Dr Patel (Shaimil) has been great, helping me to get that perfect smile with Invisalign. I have so much more confidence and I’m always smiling :) would highly recommend. Great Service

I really enjoy coming to Synergy. I love the staff, atmosphere and overall ambience. I enjoy seeing Claire the beauty therapist because she is fab and makes me visit so enjoyable! There are clinics closer to me but I am more than happy to go Out of my way to attend Synergy and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Plus Mani the dentist is great too and excellent at what he does! Also Lisa on reception is just a doll :)

I have been going to Claire for beauty treatments for years. She does wonderful reflexology and massage. So much so that even though I've moved i still travel there for treatments. Synergy Clinic has a lovely calm atmosphere. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile from Lisa, the receptionist. Easy parking. Can definately recommend!

Jay is a great dentist - he is trustworthy, personable and takes his time when undertaking his work, always wanting to deliver the best quality service and uses high quality materials. The clinic is clean and has a nice interior. Through the fillings and dental advice, my oral hygiene has significantly improved and my gums no longer bleed.

My teeth were healthy but had looked better, so I booked the hygienist. If I remember rightly, his name was Adam. I've always been a person who hates going to the dentist (especially hate the scraping part), but this treatment was surprisingly good! I was always pretty comfortable and my teeth felt uber clean when I left, and definitely looked whiter. No complaints.

Phoned this place for some emergency treatment. I was in extreme pain and they could see me on the same day! Not sure if I got lucky with that appointment but that wins 5 stars from me regardless! Dentist was quite funny and the practice is really nice on the inside… had some Buddhist statues around. Cool.

Had 2 fillings with Dr Jay Didn’t feel any pain. Teeth feel great. Wonderful practice. Great customer service and the ambience is like nothing I have ever seen before. I hate going to the dentist and I can’t wait to go back! Great work - thank you!

An oasis, I came to see the Invisalign dentist, he had the latest technology so I could see what the results would be if I went ahead, and it really helps to be informed. Other people in the quiet waiting room were there to see the Beauty Therapist and a Chiropodist is there sometimes too. If you are coming to see the Physiotherapist, they are on the top floor, and it seems to work with the therapy that you have to walk up steps before your treatment! There is a carpark, this is major in such a busy village and though some people walk, I drove so it was really good to know I would be able to park in a private car park when I got there. Worth it for the atmosphere as well as the treatment experience. Nice dentists too.

Following my hygiene appointment, I decided to go for Invisalign; an invisible teeth realignment program. I found it so easy to use and in less than 12 months my teeth are straight and I have a perfect smile! I would highly recommend the Invisalign dental specialist at Synergy. I did a lot of research and Synergy came out tops. Really pleased with the result.

Total faith in this dental practice that I have been with for so many years. Excellent products on offer and up to date technology used during treatments. I still am a patient at this practice even though I moved to Suffolk 7 years ago. I prefer to make the journey here than to find a practice where I live.
