Sync Dental Addlestone

Having had just a (second opinion) initial appointment, I was so impressed with my first experience of this practice that decided to have my proposed treatment done with them too!

I had an infection of my tooth due to a “bad quality” old root canal treatment, potentially done by either not properly qualified or “not caring” dentist☹
The main question was – to save the tooth OR extract it; as inflammation wouldn’t just go away…

With Dr. Jay professional assessment and taking his time to thoroughly explaining all Pros and Cons, I decided to have my root canal treatment re-done at the practice by Dr. Ali, who is qualified and experienced in this field. Dr. Ali took his time and rang me (on my request) to discuss the proposed procedure as I was undecisive at the time and wanted more information. He was most professional, patient an(most importantly) very caring! I trusted him fully.
Having just returned from having my treatment done today and simply would love to spread the word about how exceptional my experience was: very friendly, patient and welcoming receptionist Sammy; amazingly caring and very thorough treatment coordinator Billy highly professional and experienced dentists, who put even very nervous patient (like myself) at ease; high spec dental equipment; very accommodating and flexible… The list can go on and on.
If you looking for a hight quality caring dental practice – look no further! Highly recommended!

My Hygiene appointment with Jemiyah was a very pleasant experience. I was put very much at ease by her and she expertly explained the whole process of the Appointment.

Great for nervous patients. Adam was brilliant and I would recommend to any nervous patients or anyone who's had a bad experience before. He was really accommodating and made me feel comfortable. The clinic was modern and clean.

Jaymish was very nice and very professional and advised me on possible procedures and costs for my dental issue. I won’t hesitate to return to do the work.

Quick treatment which I appreciated

Registered as a patient only last year and so glad I did. A lovely, welcoming practice with knowledgeable, caring, conscientious staff and state-of-the-art equipment. Jay is a brilliant dentist and really cares about his work. Not that it is important or even appropriate here, but he’s also GORGEOUS! :)

I also recently had a dental implant with Mani and was really pleased with the treatment throughout. He explained everything at every stage and the final result was superb! Would highly recommend Synergy to anyone!
