My first visit but made to feel very welcome from the point of making an appointment the previous day, reception on arrival and sorting out my broken tooth. Everything explained, including my options and costs of more permanent fixes. Lovely, friendly staff who instilled confidence and once I decide which option I will definitely book a further visit.

A friendly, relaxed atmosphere
I have been going to YSDC for 7yrs now and its always such a friendly, relaxed atmosphere inside, the reception team always have time for a friendly chat and make me feel very welcome while the professionalism of the dental team is superb. Emma takes care of my teeth and always greets me with such a lovely smile, while Plamena (aka Mya) is my hygienist and is doing a great job keeping my teeth in good order. Almost as important to me is the fact that all staff are happy to engage in some friendly banter which is sadly in decline in this digital world. Well done all at YSDC and Many Thanks.

The staff were welcoming
This dental practice was recommended to me by someone who had a phobia of dentists, Young Smile helped them to overcome this phobia. I had not visited a dentist in 3yrs due to previous bad experiences. On my first visit to this practice I felt at ease, the staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was calming. The dentist was willing to listen to my fears and was very patient, he was thorough in his examination and explanation of the work that was needed. I have no worries about my future appointments with this practice and only wish I had found them sooner.
