Very impressed

I was very impressed by the information the hygienist gave me re the treatment I was to have. She explained each step prior to doing it. Both the hygienist and dental nurse were friendly and it was a good experience.

They were obliging to see me on an emergency appointment, then gave me a selection of options and prices for permanent repairs. They then worked with me to plan dates for my ongoing dental care.

The problem with dentistry is a situation totally unexpected requiring immediate or near immediate attention. That's what happen to me last Friday: a broken front tooth, held together with composite material for the last ten years. So, in addition to scaring friends and foes alike locally---we are traveling for a family reunion next week. I found reception staff at Young Smile Dental sympathetic and professional, staring intensely at a computer screen and finally asking if I was available the following Monday at 2pm?? Now it's Monday evening and I can report my front tooth was beautifully rebuilt by Dr. Tanya. In my experience, this is not something all dentists do or take the time to do well. Dr. Tanya has the technical acumen and was focused, methodical, and a good communicator.
